What is the Alexander Technique?
 
The Alexander Technique works to improve the way we move in our day to day activites. In movements such as standing, walking or sitting, we may be interferring with the natural functioning of the body, by over tensing, or pulling down. This mis-use may result in aches, pains, tension, fatigue, or simply feeling uncomfortable in the body. Alexander Technique helps to work with our daily habits to restore the natural use.
